Virtual Class: Field Dressing and Processing (Turkey)

Turkey season is almost underway here in Tennessee, and we hope you are able to get out into the field and have some success. If you are successful, we want to ensure you know what to do after the harvest. Wild turkey meat is definitely a favorite amongst hunters, and we want to make sure you know what to do with it. Join Tennessee Wildlife Federation’s Hunting and Fishing Academy as we discuss how to clean (dress) your harvested turkey. Also, if you have more questions than answers about what you have been seeing and hearing in the woods, we will block off some time to answer any questions you may have.
