New Director of Outreach Joins Federation Team
Tennessee Wildlife Federation, one of the largest and oldest nonprofits dedicated to conserving the state’s wildlife and natural resources, welcomes new director of outreach, Drew Loschke.
Drew will serve the Federation’s policy team by helping to develop critical relationships with outdoorsmen and women, businesses, and organizations that work to benefit our wildlife, lands, and waters.
Before joining the Federation, Drew worked in the music industry for more than a decade. In his previous roles, he mastered engaging with a wide variety of audiences and growing support for the bands he managed. In addition, Drew brings creative thinking and marketing strategy to the Federation.
“We’re lucky to have Drew join the Federation team,” said Michael Butler, chief executive officer of Tennessee Wildlife Federation. “His experience combined with his love for the outdoors will help the Federation connect and engage with more people and organizations who have an interest in conserving Tennessee’s wild places and wildlife than ever before.”
After a long-term volunteer experience with another conservation organization, Drew decided he wanted to use his expertise to benefit Tennessee’s great outdoors. Drew holds a Bachelor of Liberal Science from Belmont University.
“I’m excited to help conserve Tennessee’s great outdoors and fight for those “within the womb of time” as Teddy Roosevelt would put it–meaning we should work for all those who are yet to come,” said Drew.
When Drew is not in the office, he is with his wife and two sons, hunting or fishing.
