Angling
Fishing is one of Tennessee’s most popular outdoor pursuits. And it’s easy to see why. Tennessee is home to some of the best bass fishing in the country and has hundreds of thousands of miles of river banks and shoreline. Every year, fishing generates $1.2 billion in direct economic impact and supports more than 7,500 jobs—all in our great state.
But there are many threats to angling in Tennessee. Only by coming together around these challenges can sportsmen and outdoor enthusiasts can continue their legacy of conservation.
