I had been photographing several Barred Owls in Radnor Lake for about 2 months in the spring. Sometimes they would fly up to the pine trees and then down the trail. One day I looked up and a Barred Owl was flying towards me so I pulled my lens back fast as I could and somehow captured a close up owl face. It sure was gratifying to see chose up flight of a Barred Owl.
